No Returns
We do not offer a return policy.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange will be available only on condition of genuine manufacturing defect. Hence it is absolutely necessary for the customer to provide an authentic unboxing video of the product.
We will accept exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, in our sole discretion, within 7 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase.
To Be Eligible for an Exchange
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate an Exchange

Resolution
On acceptance of the exchange, customer will be issued a credit note worth the same amount that can be used to purchase any product on the website.
