Return and Exchange Policy
All our products go through a stringent quality check before dispatch.
No Returns
We do not offer a return policy. If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid order for any reason and the order is returned to origin, no refund will be provided. Hence customers are required to track the shipments and ensure collection of the order.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange will be available only on condition of genuine manufacturing defect or wear and tear during shipping. Hence it is absolutely necessary for the customer to provide an authentic unboxing video of the product.
Since all our wooden toys are crafted from sustainably sourced natural wood that is UNTREATED, some natural markings such a burls and knots are a part of the material. these are not defects or imperfections.
We will accept exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, in our sole discretion, within 7 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase.
To Be Eligible for an Exchange
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate an Exchange

Resolution
On acceptance of the exchange, customer will be issued a credit note worth the same amount that can be used to purchase any product on the website.
